4. Crypto Payments
HalfEats does not collect or store your crypto wallet details beyond what is necessary to verify payment. Blockchain transactions are public by nature — your transaction ID may be visible on the blockchain. We do not store payment information on our servers.
5. SMS Communications

1. Service Overview
HalfEats is an independent order facilitation service. We act as an authorized agent on behalf of customers to place food delivery orders through third-party platforms such as DoorDash. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with DoorDash or any other delivery platform. By using HalfEats you agree to these terms in full.
2. Payments
All payments are made in cryptocurrency (Bitcoin or Solana). By submitting payment you acknowledge that crypto transactions are irreversible and final. HalfEats is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect wallet address. You are solely responsible for verifying the correct wallet address before sending any funds. We will not process your order until payment is verified.
3. Refund Policy
All sales are final. HalfEats does not issue refunds for completed orders. A refund may only be considered in the following circumstance: your order was canceled directly by DoorDash and you can provide confirmation of the cancellation. Refunds are not issued for late deliveries, missing items, incorrect orders, or driver-related issues. These matters must be addressed directly with DoorDash support.
4. Delivery & Order Issues
Once an order is placed and confirmed, HalfEats bears no responsibility for what occurs during or after delivery. This includes but is not limited to: stolen packages, lost orders, delivery delays, incorrect deliveries, damaged food, or driver misconduct. All delivery-related issues are the responsibility of the delivery platform (DoorDash) and its drivers.
5. Order Accuracy
You are fully responsible for ensuring that your DoorDash group order link, delivery address, order total, and any other information submitted to HalfEats is accurate and correct. We place orders exactly as submitted. Errors in information provided by the customer are not grounds for a refund or cancellation.
6. Order Limits
HalfEats currently accepts orders with a minimum subtotal of $25.00 and a maximum subtotal of $40.00. Orders outside this range will not be processed. These limits may change at any time without notice.
7. Availability
HalfEats is not available 24/7. We reserve the right to close the service at any time without notice. Orders will not be accepted when the service is marked as closed. We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by service unavailability.
8. Limitation of Liability
HalfEats and its operators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service. By using HalfEats you agree that your sole remedy for any issue is to stop using the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question, and only in cases where a DoorDash cancellation can be confirmed.
